Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program offered by Witthaya. By enrolling or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions before enrolling, we encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to clarify anything.

1. About Us

2. Programs We Offer

We currently offer three structured online programs:

Introduction to AI Programming — an introductory program covering programming fundamentals and the building blocks of machine learning. Price: ฿3,500.
Data and Models Program — an intermediate program focused on data preparation and model building with mentor support. Price: ฿5,800.
AI Systems Engineering Track — a comprehensive program covering model development, evaluation, and deployment, concluding with a guided project. Price: ฿7,800.

Program content, structure, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes by email in advance.

3. Enrolment

Enrolment in a program is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where a program is not a suitable match for a learner's current level, and we will communicate this to you clearly and without delay.

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Learners under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian before enrolling.

4. Payment

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store card details.
All fees are inclusive of applicable Thai VAT where required by law.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Within 7 days of enrolment confirmation and before accessing any program materials: a full refund will be issued.
After 7 days or after accessing materials: refunds are considered case by case. Please contact us — we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Partial completion: if you need to pause or withdraw from a program after beginning, please speak with us. We may be able to hold your place or arrange a credit toward a future program.

Refunds, where approved, are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Program Access

Access to program materials is provided for the duration stated at the time of enrolment. Upon request, we may extend access to allow learners additional time to complete their work at a comfortable pace.
Program access is personal to the enrolled learner and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
Materials are provided for personal study only and may not be reproduced, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Learner Conduct

We ask that all learners engage with our instructors and any learning community features with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to withdraw access, without refund, if a learner engages in conduct that is abusive, dishonest (including submitting another person's work as their own), or otherwise harmful to other learners or staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All program content — including videos, written materials, exercises, and code examples — remains the intellectual property of Witthaya or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own study. No other rights are granted.

9. Mentor Feedback and Support

Our programs include access to instructor feedback on submitted exercises. We aim to provide feedback within two business days, though response times may occasionally be longer. Feedback is intended to support your learning and is provided in good faith — it does not constitute professional advice in any regulated field.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our programs are designed to support skill development in AI and programming. We do not represent that completing any program will lead to a specific outcome, employment result, or level of proficiency, as these depend on factors personal to each learner.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Witthaya's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a program enrolment shall not exceed the program fee paid by the learner for that program.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our programs or website.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for information and enrolment purposes. We do not warrant that the website will be available continuously or free from errors, and we reserve the right to make changes or take the site offline for maintenance. Use of the website is at your own discretion.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood how we use your personal information.

13. Cookies

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Functional cookies are necessary for the website to operate; all other cookies require your consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when revisions were last made. We will notify enrolled learners of any material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of our website or programs after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your enrolment will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
